SPECIAL GENERAL MEMBERSHIP LUNCH & MEETING , JULY 30TH AT 12:00 PM (lunch at noon, meeting begins at 1:00)

As many of you know, the Board of Directors been working hard over the past year with attorneys, tax specialists, insurance agents and other professionals to review and update our club’s business policies to be in the best possible position moving forward. As a result of our work, we have identified 5 areas where we need to adjust our Bylaws, Corporate Resolutions and/or procedures to bring us into better compliance. We have placed these items in the BGC Board Meeting Minutes for June & July your review.
All Bylaws changes require a majority vote by the general membership. Therefore, on Sunday, July 30th we will be holding a special legislative meeting to discuss these items and take a vote on each of them.
We must have a quorum to hold the vote, so we will be serving LUNCH at the Clays Pavilion AT 12:00pm, FOLLOWED BY THE MEETING WHICH WILL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT 1:00 PM.
