Proposed Bylaws Changes for 2026

Members,
Over the past several months, the Board of Directors has been working to update a few administrative items in order to bring our controlling documents (Bylaws and Corporate Resolutions) into agreement with each other, and with the daily administration of the Club. The Bylaws state these changes must be presented to members and then voted on at the year-end General Meeting. Please take a moment to review these items and feel free to contact a Board member if you have any questions.
